BB HOLDINGS LIMITED ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF SHARES
Belize City, Belize, 5 September 2006.  BB Holdings Limited (London: BBHL) (the “Company”) announces that it acquired 660,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 160 pence per share on 4 September 2006.

The Company’s holding in treasury shares following this acquisition amounts to 2,984,204 ordinary shares. Following the transaction, the total number of the Company’s ordinary shares in issue less the treasury shares held is 59,569,836 ordinary shares.
